What Are the Responsibilities?

• Open doors & show homes for our team's top agents.
• Assist the lead agents as needed. This could involve writing contracts, prepping other documents, running errands, participating in open houses, attending inspections, letting in contractors or going to closings. Anything that is a typical agent duty is a possibility.

What Are the Qualifications?

• You MUST be a licensed real estate agent or are currently enrolled in real estate classes.
• Ability to quickly learn & use our real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
• Willing and able to spend a significant amount of time driving.
• Professional in attitude and appearance.
• Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Flexible schedule. Real estate isn't M-F, 9-5pm. We are looking for agents that can handle days, nights, weekends & holidays. That being said, this isn't 24/7 & we do enjoy time off. :)

What Is the Time Commitment?

• We expect this role to take 15-20 hours a week of your time.
• The remainder of the work week will be growing your own pipeline using the team's resources, leads, producing agent mentorship, training, etc. provided.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
