    Qualifications:

    • 7-10 years of experience in the field preferred
    • Current RN license required
    • Familiarity with a variety of risk management concepts, practices, and procedures
    • Strong understanding of safety legislation, JCAHO, HIPAA, and industry standards
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
