Exercise judgment and discretion in important matters. Meet with clients as needed.           Receive and respond to all calls, faxes, emails, and mail promptly. Organize and prioritize workflow.  Process certificates, policies, endorsements, and other related items; verify accuracy and forward to the client with appropriate correspondence. Requirements Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, required. High attention to detail and organization skills. Excellent communication skills.
