  • About the Role

    As an Account Executive, you’ll serve as the lead consultant for existing clients in managing all account activities and renewals.

    What You’ll Do

     Client Experience:

    • Develop and maintain a trusted advisor relationship with client contacts and C-suite influencers through effective communication, proactively consulting, and ensuring the delivery of superior client service
    • Design and execute client strategy to best leverage WS offerings including analytics, placement, claims consulting and loss control support
    • Understand overall insurer relationships across entire insurance program/portfolio. Be aware of claims activity, service issues, and escalate appropriately to Practice Leadership
    • Support the mentoring and training of the account service team
    • Participate in focused new business development and other aspects of growth across the WS enterprise

    Client Satisfaction:

    • Lead renewal processes and coordinate pre-renewal and renewal meetings. Lead client service teams understanding of marketing strategies, set timelines, expectations, and support client team in meeting agreed upon deliverables
    • Conduct final review of deliverables to ensure alignment with client objectives and adherence to company standards
    • Comprehensive understanding of all WS’s products and service offerings. Be and engaging specialist resources and subject matter experts to solve for client needs
    • Demonstrate industry, coverage, product, and technical expertise
    • Continuously develop your knowledge and skills to stay ahead of industry trends and market changes

    Experience & Qualifications

    • Minimum of 8 years industry experience
    • College degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
    • Required to obtain the applicable insurance license(s) within 90 days of date of hire
    • Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation required, Ability to travel domestically and overseas

    More About Us

    Compensation: Anticipated salary between $126,000– $245,000. Salary offered will be dependent upon geography, experience, and expertise of the candidate. 

    This position is eligible to participate in an incentive program to earn additional compensation with a target equivalent to 12% of salary annually, based on individual and Company performance.
