Our Award Winning Client is seeking a dynamic professional to join their team as the Director of Risk Management. This is a full-time onsite position with paid relocation. Our client has received numerous awards and operates nationally, making them a leader in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

• Direct, organize, and lead day-to-day Risk Management operations for our client.
• Serve as the hospital's Patient Safety Officer and Compliance Officer.
• Oversee the Risk Management efforts and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality healthcare services.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to implement strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a state-accredited school of nursing or accredited collegiate program in a health-science related field.
• Master’s degree in a healthcare-related field, or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with seven (7) years of director-level experience; required.
• At least four (4) years of leadership experience in an acute care facility.
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management or Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality.

Skills and Certifications:
