Hey there! We're looking for a HYBRID Risk Management Manager to join our awesome team. As the Risk Management Manager, you'll report to the Director of Risk Management and assist in various day-to-day activities. You'll be responsible for managing the online incident reporting system, analyzing risk management data, and coordinating risk management programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Managing the online incident reporting system and keeping the user and department/location database up to date.
- Assisting with analyzing risk management data and identifying trends.
- Processing legal documents, such as Summons and Complaints, subpoenas, and insurance inquiries.
- Supporting the response to Serious Adverse Events by scheduling debriefs and Root Cause Analyses (RCAs).
- Assisting in coordinating Risk Committees and meetings, including scheduling, preparing minutes, and generating reports.
- Collaborating with defense legal counsel.
- Coordinating risk management data and maintaining the department's administrative duties.
Requirements:
Here's what we're looking for:
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related health science field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in Risk Management.
- A valid NYS RN, NP, PA, or allied health professional licensure.
- CPHRM certification is a plus.
