Top Sales Executive provides leadership to the sales organization and develops the overall sales strategy, operational plans and processes that drive revenue growth and accomplish financial objectives. Establishes and implements processes, tools, and structures to support the sales organization's operations. Being a Top Sales Executive oversees goal-setting processes for all levels of the sales organization and uses data and technology to measure and monitor sales processes, identify issues, and enhance performance. Creates capabilities to effectively analyze the business environment, identify and understand competitors, and retain and expand the customer base. Additionally, Top Sales Executive collaborates with internal stakeholders to identify market needs and innovate new products. Builds effective sales and support teams with recruiting, mentoring, and development programs. May personally participate in or negotiate strategic or high-value sales. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Sales Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business.   • Nighthawk Security Company is looking for a full-time Sales Executives to join our team and support the business expansion functions at our corporate office. Nighthawk is only considering applicants who are seeking long-term employment opportunities and with experience to fill this role.

    Major Responsibilities:

    • Conduct a high number of telephone calls each day
    • Maintain and update CRM entries, as needed
    • Speak with prospective clients about our business services
    • Gather and record information from prospective clients

    Qualification Requirements:

    • Clear and professional speaking voice
    • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to spend majority of workday on the telephone/computer at a desk
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel software is preferred
    • Working knowledge of any CRM software
    • Sales/Marketing experience, business to business sales is a bonus
    • Telemarketing experience is beneficial to this role

    Application Process: Applicants for this position will be required to answer their phone to conduct a brief phone introduction/interview. From there, qualified applicants will conduct a separate phone interview with one of our Operations Managers to further discuss the position. If it is determined that the role is a good fit for the applicant, applicant will be scheduled for an in-person interview at Nighthawk’s corporate office.     Training: Hired applicant will undergo paid training at our corporate office. Training usually takes one (1) week to complete and consists of becoming acquainted with our service, programs, and sales processes.

    Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00AM – 3:00PM CST at Nighthawk’s Corporate Office located in Owensboro, KY

    Advancement Opportunities:

    From this position, there are numerous ways to advance within our company. There are mid to upper-level management opportunities available, as well as advancement opportunities within the department. New employees in this role will also be able to earn performance-based raises and bonuses.

    Miscellaneous:

    A background check and drug test will be required of the hired candidate.
