Top Sales Executive provides leadership to the sales organization and develops the overall sales strategy, operational plans and processes that drive revenue growth and accomplish financial objectives. Establishes and implements processes, tools, and structures to support the sales organization's operations. Being a Top Sales Executive oversees goal-setting processes for all levels of the sales organization and uses data and technology to measure and monitor sales processes, identify issues, and enhance performance. Creates capabilities to effectively analyze the business environment, identify and understand competitors, and retain and expand the customer base. Additionally, Top Sales Executive collaborates with internal stakeholders to identify market needs and innovate new products. Builds effective sales and support teams with recruiting, mentoring, and development programs. May personally participate in or negotiate strategic or high-value sales. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Sales Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. Responsibilities - Automotive Sales Manager:
Hire, train, motivate and manage a high performance sales team- Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve sales goals
- Coach sales team on improving sales performance and closing deals
- Lead regular sales meetings
- Promote a strong focus on a high level of customer satisfaction
- Foster positive customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business
- Other duties may be assigned
Requirements - Automotive Sales Manager:
- 2 years’ proven track record in Auto Sales Management is REQUIRED
- Dynamic leader, team builder, strong closer, high energy, positive and outgoing
- CHEVROLET experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, sales management, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and social media skills
- Good computer skills (MS Outlook, CRM).
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated to succeed
- Proficient in computing and quoting sales price
- Understands dealership operations including all aspects of sales and finance
- Professional appearance
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - before, during and after a sale
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- The highest professionalism and integrity are essential
