Top Sales Executive provides leadership to the sales organization and develops the overall sales strategy, operational plans and processes that drive revenue growth and accomplish financial objectives. Establishes and implements processes, tools, and structures to support the sales organization's operations. Being a Top Sales Executive oversees goal-setting processes for all levels of the sales organization and uses data and technology to measure and monitor sales processes, identify issues, and enhance performance. Creates capabilities to effectively analyze the business environment, identify and understand competitors, and retain and expand the customer base. Additionally, Top Sales Executive collaborates with internal stakeholders to identify market needs and innovate new products. Builds effective sales and support teams with recruiting, mentoring, and development programs. May personally participate in or negotiate strategic or high-value sales. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Sales Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. Perfil.
- Escolaridad: Licenciatura concluida, Negocios Internacionales, Administración de Empresas, Mercadotecnia o afín.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en el área de ventas (deseable ramo de Transporte de Carga, Logística).
- Bilingüe (Indispensable).
- Orientado a cumplir objetivos de venta.
- Facilidad de palabra.
- Actitud de servicio.
- Disponibilidad de horario.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
Objetivo: Contribuir al crecimiento sostenido de la organización a través del desarrollo y captación de clientes, así como maximizar la rentabilidad a través de las negociaciones comerciales.
Actividades.
- Establecer la relación de confianza con clientes.
- Análisis de las cuentas más importantes.
- Seguimiento y captura de los convenios comerciales.
- Actividades administrativas que procuren un orden y estandarización de los procesos.
- Identificar oportunidades o proyectos que contribuyan al incremento en ventas.
- Prospectación de nuevos clientes y proyectos.
- Establecer la agenda comercial para las cuentas nuevas y actuales.
- Coordinación y seguimiento con las áreas operativas.
- Búsqueda y venta de volumen o cargas disponibles inmediatas (spot).

- Sueldo mensual $3,700 a $3,900 dólares.
- Bono mensual del 20% de acuerdo a objetivos establecidos.
