We are recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager for a Medical Device position in Pittsburgh PA. The successful candidate will be selling our clients' Medical Devices. Our client is an innovative leader in the Surgical Magnification/Illumination industry. Their products are used daily throughout the world during lifesaving microsurgical operations and cutting-edge dental procedures. Qualified applicants will have 1-5 years of successful sales experience. We would consider an entry-level candidate with the right background.
Territory: Pittsburgh-based, including western and central Pennsylvania West, Virginia, and Western Maryland. 1-3 overnights per month. This is a home-based position: You must be currently living in the Pittsburgh area. The position requires about 35% travel both inside and outside the territory.
You will join a growing company and will be selling our client's surgical and dental visual enhancement. You will be calling on Surgeons, Hospitals, Operating Rooms, Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Surgical Residency Programs, Dental Schools, Dental Hygiene Schools, and Ophthalmologist.
Responsibilities and Duties: 85% of your activity will be following up on leads provided to you by the company. You must organize your travel schedule and maintain your calendar of appointments. You are expected to meet with medical and dental professionals who want to see you throughout your exclusive territory demonstrating our Magnification and Illumination solutions. Besides the opportunities covering the territory, the company attends several dozen professional meetings throughout the country and our sales representatives are each assigned to 8 of these a year.
Qualifications and Skills: The successful candidate will call on Surgeons, Hospitals, Operating Rooms, Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Surgical Residency Programs, Dental Schools, Dental Hygiene Schools, and Ophthalmologists.
