Top Sales Executive provides leadership to the sales organization and develops the overall sales strategy, operational plans and processes that drive revenue growth and accomplish financial objectives. Establishes and implements processes, tools, and structures to support the sales organization's operations. Being a Top Sales Executive oversees goal-setting processes for all levels of the sales organization and uses data and technology to measure and monitor sales processes, identify issues, and enhance performance. Creates capabilities to effectively analyze the business environment, identify and understand competitors, and retain and expand the customer base. Additionally, Top Sales Executive collaborates with internal stakeholders to identify market needs and innovate new products. Builds effective sales and support teams with recruiting, mentoring, and development programs. May personally participate in or negotiate strategic or high-value sales. Requires a bachelor's degree. - Embark on a mission to cultivate and expand advertising revenue, continuously seeking new business opportunities.
- Craft and maintain a dynamic sales "funnel" through cold-calling prowess, referrals, database contacts, and pioneering lead-generation methods.
- Journey with prospective clients via phone, video, and in-person interactions to schedule and conduct meetings.
- Forge meaningful relationships within the Wellness industry.
- Hone your listening skills and embrace curiosity to understand clients' unique business objectives.
- Seamlessly manage customer relationships through efficient time management.
- Master the art of negotiation, confidently closing deals while professionally addressing objections.
- Network at local business events, forging valuable connections.

Your Toolkit:
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, including a full sales cycle under your belt.
- A knack for value-based and consultative selling.
- Previous experience in face-to-face, outside sales, and a passion for it.
- Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills, complemented by stellar verbal and written communication prowess.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software, with extra points for Monday.com familiarity.
- A profound understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
- A self-starter's spirit, driven by a results-oriented mindset.
- A deep appreciation and understanding of Wellness culture.
- A college education is a plus.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
