Overall: This position will play a crucial role in our growth plan, working across a variety of departments to support and help organize our online marketing and sales channels. The person who is selected for this position must have excellent communication skills, be proactive in their learning and daily duties, highly organized and have a passion for sales and marketing.
This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and is an onsite position, located in Anacortes, WA.
This role will involve a variety of activities within sales and marketing. Some of these will be a primary responsibility, others will not. Some of these activities include but are not limited to:
Sales Support:

• Assist the sales team in managing and organizing sales leads and customer databases.

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.

• Collaborate with the sales team to organize and participate in promotional activities.

• Maintain wholesale website including merchandising, product updates, promotions, etc.

• Own product sampling and customer gifting programs.

Marketing Assistance:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.

• Maintain web site administration including product presentation, content, merchandise flow and promotions.

• Support the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and sales collateral.

• Assist in the set-up of new products in various company systems.

• Coordinate the logistics of events, trade shows, photo shoots and other marketing activities.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate order processing.

• Assist in miscellaneous marketing projects ranging from packaging, promotional programs, competitive analyses, audits, and other projects assigned by CMO.

Skills Required:

Ability to work independently
Ecommerce and familiarity with Shopify platform a plus.

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Availability & Compensation:
Full time Monday – Friday
$55,000 - $58,000 salaried non-exempt:
