    Responsibilities

    • Achieve sales goals as provided by the IAQ Market Manager.
    • Provide input on initiatives to dramatically grow sales in the IAQ segment.
    • Suggest product portfolio improvements to IAQ Market Manager to enable faster growth.
    • Develop new distributors and end users through market research, networking, business associations and other means to deliver year-over-year organic growth.
    • Educate distributors and end users on products for IAQ applications. Present operating characteristics, application advantages, filtration life cycle costs and other value-added sales approaches.
    • Support distributors in the field by conducting joint sales calls at end users to promote Viledon product line and advantages.
    • Perform strategic account review and recommend changes in route-to-market or distributor line-up as appropriate to ensure growth.
    • Support Company business objectives, goals and plans and provide leadership within scope of responsibility to meet and exceed expectations.
    • Provide input to marketing and the IAQ Market Manager to optimize value proposition messaging for the segment.

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of three years sales experience at a territory/regional level in air filtration or a similar industry with proven track record of growth and new customer acquisition.
    • Experience selling through multiple channels (e.g. distributors, OEMs, direct, online) highly preferred.
    • Collaboration experience with marketing to develop clear and compelling value proposition.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or a related field.
    • Negotiation and contract management skills.
    • Computer proficiency – Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
    • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
    • Must be capable of traveling 30% including multiple night trips.
    • Ability to effectively identify and qualify prospects within the target market.
