Job Summary/Description:

If you love sales and you have experience selling directly to decision makers (jewelry, clothing, automotive, insurance or something else), we have a tremendous broadcast and digital sales career waiting for you in our Lincoln, Nebraska location. The stations’ proprietary digital products, along with a full suite of digital capabilities including targeted display and video, social media advertising, email marketing, SEO, SEM/PPC & streaming audio and video.

Duties/Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

- Achieve individual revenue budgets (television stations and digital properties)
- Develop and maximize revenue from existing clients
- Develop and maintain good agency/account relationships
- Develop new local advertisers to the station
- Provide on-going customer service to all clients
- Interact with other departments at the station to ensure that the client(s) receive a good buying experience from the minute they say yes until the bill is paid in full
- Accurate and timely paperwork and on-going communication with clients, managers and co-workers

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Minimum of a high school diploma (college degree is preferred)
- Prior advertising sales experience preferred (television, digital, radio, print, etc.)
- Proficiency in math, writing, listening and verbal communication skills
- Must possess good speaking and presentation skills
- Organization and time management skills
- Have a pleasant personality and social skills
- Must maintain business-like and professional dress and appearance
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a reliable automobile
