Responsible for assisting the marketing process from concept through implementation for all digital marketing channels and on-site. Coordinate and execute Tin Lizzie marketing objections including, but not limited to:

• Manage all Tin Lizzie social media accounts, calendars, posts, responses, etc.
• Basic copywriting of posts, email messages, texts and other marketing communications.
• Concept, create and implement content around promotions and events with the direction of resort management. Manage the archive of content.
• Assist the Marketing Manager to effectively coordinate all aspects of branding and marketing campaigns through digital platforms.

• Assist in design and print requests from resort outlets and ensure timely submission and delivery of all print assets in-house.
• Assist the marketing team to research and innovate marketing ideas and strategies to keep Tin Lizzie Gaming Resort on the forefront of emerging social media and marketing tactics.
• Monitor all Tin Lizzie Gaming Resort marketing efforts including the website, in-house digital displays, social media, and app to ensure all content is up-to-date and accurate while providing recommendations to maximize effectiveness.
• Measure and report on the results of all marketing campaigns and develop solutions to shift them towards greater efficacy.

• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant departments are kept informed and up to date of marketing objectives.
• Perform regular market analysis and contribute to a plan of action to maintain market leadership.
• Assist in marketing-based events and initiatives as needed in a production role.
• Other duties as assigned by executive management.

• Must be able to obtain a South Dakota Commission on Gaming Support License within 30 days of hire
• Minimum of 1 year in marketing, social media management, and/or advertising with demonstrated success. (Academic experience welcome)
• Excellent written communications to include social copywriting and proofing
• Degree in marketing, communications or public relations preferred
• Expertise with photo and video editing
• Hospitality & casino industry experience a plus
