Abstrakt Marketing Group (AMG) is a business growth company focused on lead generation for small to mid-sized B2B businesses. We offer outbound and inbound lead generation solutions to help companies grow and attract new business. As we continue to grow our current solutions while developing and offering new solutions. As the Recruitment Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving net new customers to Abstrakt Talent Solutions to satisfy the client’s recruiting needs.
The primary function of this role is to communicate and sell prospective buyers who have an expressed need or interest in recruiting services. The ideal Recruitment Sales Executive is an outgoing professional and a natural leader with stellar communication skills. He or she is also extremely organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced and metrics-driven environment. The goal of the Recruitment Sales Executive is to drive new customers to Abstrakt Talent Solutions by securing agreements for project work or ongoing retainer based recruiting services.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with internal account management team members to identify customers with expressed interest in recruiting services.
• Prospect to identify businesses outside of AMG’s customer base to provide recruitment services.
• Maintain activity levels within the Compensation document to ensure activity metrics are met to meet or exceed the monthly sales goal.
• Communicate with the Sr. Director of Recruitment Sales as well as the VP of Talent Acquisition to enhance internal process that lead to milestones and goals being met.
• Conduct sales presentations/meetings with prospective buyers.
• Secure recruitment contracts and work with accounting to ensure monies are billed as well as collected in a timely manner.
• Log activities as well as document communication with prospective buyers within Salesforce.
• Other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree with a focus in business administration, human resources management, communications, or psychology.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (preferably Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Integrity and the ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to handle difficult situations professionally, including excellent phone communication skills.

• Track record of sales success
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
• 3 years of full-life-cycle sales experience.
• 2 years of cold calling and B2B sales experience.
