Establishes relationships with outside agencies and charitable organizations to leverage additional sources of support for patients. Additionally, Top Social Services Executive requires a master's degree of Social Work or counseling. Typically reports to top management. The Top Social Services Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function. Our dedicated Coordinators and administrative staff are prepared to help you have a fulfilling employment experience providing Direct Care for someone special. Direct Service Workers provide essential help with Activities of Daily Living in order to assist persons with disabilities to live with as much dignity and independence as possible. Tasks involved in the job of a Direct Service Worker could include:

    • Companionship for a person who cannot be left alone because of a physical or cognitive impairment.
    • Teaching adults with disabilities skills necessary to manage living by themselves.
    • Assisting a child who has physical disabilities to participate in everyday school activities.
    • Helping someone with bathing, dressing, toileting, or getting in and out of bed.
    • Checking a person’s temperature, pulse, blood pressure or taking their medicine.
    • Assisting people with grocery shopping, running errands and community recreation.
    • Helping with meal preparation, eating, or housekeeping.
