Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related human services field. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
LICENSURE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a valid Ohio driver’s license and maintain insurability under the County’s vehicle insurance policy. Employee will be responsible to drive own motor vehicle and may be required to travel, within and/or beyond the county or state limits
OBJECTIVE: Individual serves the public through effective implementation of federal/state regulations; Provides a wide range of casework services to children and families.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Primary duties include a wide range of casework services to children and families. These duties may include any combination of any of the following:
Additional duties required based on functional job description include receiving and documenting allegations of child abuse/neglect and sharing with teammates in 24/7 on-call rotation.
The employee must possess the skills and ability to cope with diverse environments, health hazards and personal safety issues, including aggressive behaviors
PAY RANGE BASED ON QUALIFICATIONS: $20.87 to $26.05 per hour, based on experience
