POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director of Financial Analyst will support various business elements for Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center (WCCHC) and AHARO Hawaii (AHARO). The Director of Financial Analyst will be responsible for the establishment and maintenance of AHARO’s accounting principles, practices, and policies and procedures for the maintenance of its fiscal records and financial reports and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This role will also be responsible for budgeting, contract administration and reimbursement. The Director of Financial Analyst will work with WCCHC management in analyzing and understanding the Prospective Payment System (PPS), performing data analysis, assisting with contracting with managed care plans and analyzing incentive models, while sharing knowledge with AHARO members.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting required
2. Minimum of seven years business or finance experience. Healthcare financial management is an asset
3. Experience as Financial Analyst for a healthcare organization desirable
4. Experience in identifying and assessing key business processes
