    What will you be doing?

    The Client Services Executive will be responsible for developing a strategy and plan to handle future growth in their account base through capacity planning, training, and process improvement. This individual will also provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the consultants as they execute their assigned engagements.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Drive large scale Services engagements with our largest customers
    • Develop deep customer relationships with hiring managers and directors within the assigned account base
    • Work in a sales overlay role with our exiting account Client Executives to drive additional margin through Services in our largest accounts
    • Drive growth within our Services practice
    • Help recruit, interview, and hire top industry talent to grow the organization
    • Build, maintain, and utilize subcontract relationships to level capacity fluctuations
    • Ensure compliance with WWT's Delivery Methodology
    • Evaluate processes and recommend changes to drive higher quality and profitability

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Minimum of 10 years Services sales experience
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
    • Ability to work independently and solve customer-facing problems.
    • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
    • 25-50% travel required

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this position is $150,000-180,000 commissions. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
