Duties:
- Assess and support resource families for foster care.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing guidance.
- Ensure safety and stability in resource family placements.

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology and/or equivalent qualification.
- Licensed LMFT or Social Workers strongly preferred.
- Profound knowledge of child welfare policies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license.

- Monitoring and reporting expertise.
- Ability to work with diverse populations.
- Experience in assessments and ethical guidelines adherence.
-Once hired you will need to show proof of a negative TB test, CPR/First Aid Certification, valid driver's license and driving record.
