Corle Building Systems is an IAS accredited (USA) and CSA-A660 (Canada) certified manufacturer of pre-engineered steel building systems. We design and manufacture rigid frame clear span and multiple span buildings of all sizes.

Due to continued growth, we have an immediate need for a Software Development Engineer.

Technology is a key enabler and a key focus for our company. The current technology infrastructure is based on Microsoft .NET and .net Core 6 with C#, MVC, javascript, CSS, and Microsoft SQL Server for the database backend. We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer able to build scalable, predictable, high quality and high performance applications on the Microsoft technology stack. As one of our Software Engineers, you will be responsible for building and maintaining internal and external facing applications. Our software is diverse, Api's, Web Sites, WFP, Android, Console apps, and Win Apps. This is a full time position based in our manufacturing facility.

This person will work with a small team of experienced software development professionals to:

• Build new systems with C#, SQL Server, WPF, Android, MVC, EF core, LINQ, and associated API's.
• Add new functionality on our existing systems.
• All other responsibilities as assigned

Skills and Attributes Required

• This position WILL REQUIRE relocation to Imler, Pennsylvania or the surrounding area. This position is required to work out of our Imler, Pennsylvania location. There is no option for this position to be remote or offsite.
• Must be authorized to work anywhere in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Four years experience Web Based, C#, SQL Server, MVC.
• Three years working with SQL Server.
• Solid understanding of object oriented programming principles.
• Deep knowledge of the .NET Framework and .net Core, including Visual Studio, along with Android for mobile.
• Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices.
• Experience with Microsoft Web Technologies (JS, CSS, HTML).
• Experience with Microsoft MVC.
• Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary, such as the MBS (Metal Building Software) design package and assist in the implementation of product enhancements and integration into existing software systems.
• Candidate should be a self motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.
• Passionate about building high quality systems with software implementation best practices.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related area is preferred.
• Microsoft certifications are a plus.
• Experience working in a Drafting/Engineering or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Experience with Android environment is a plus.
