As the Strategic Resource and Grants Officer, you will be responsible for developing and aligning organizational financial resources to strategic priorities. You will maintain the grants pipeline and reporting calendar, develop collateral related to large capital and mission-based programs, and conduct research to further advance the museum's collections, exhibitions, and programs. You will pursue grants, individual gifts, and other funding opportunities from government agencies, corporations, foundations, and individuals to meet the museum's annual goals and strategic initiatives.
You will be responsible for resource development including administering and securing grants; researching, planning, and prospecting resource opportunities related to large capital and mission-based programming; funding proposal development, writing, and submission; resource tracking; budget management; and preparation and submission of funder reporting documents. This position will be reporting to the Strategic Implementation Director and will work closely with executive leadership to produce research and proposal documents related to strategic funding priorities.
