Being a Top Subsidiary Executive builds and leads a team of executives with required expertise and skills to deliver results on the goals and nurtures a culture that supports the organizations objectives. Develops budgets and allocates funding to support the strategy, and adjusts funding based on major expenditures. Additionally, Top Subsidiary Executive requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of parent company. The Top Subsidiary Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Position Summary:
The Project Executive has the overall responsibility for the oversight of assigned construction projects from preconstruction to close out.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Consult with Owners, Director, Field Operations and Estimators to become thoroughly familiar with the project requirements and criteria.
