Position Overview : This position is responsible for providing daily tactical support to the supply chain Team as needed and required by the Team.

This could include, but is not limited to, various administrative tasks, planning, organizing and procurement of materials and services within every aspect of supply chain management in a manufacturing environment.

Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities :

• Assist with inventory management and reconciliation.
• Ensure inventory system remains up to date and error free.
• General purchase order entry at buyers direction.
• Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter who can grasp new concepts / processes quickly and strive for continuous learning and improvement
• Excellent attention to detail
• Organized, possesses time management skills, and an ability to multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES : Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
