About this role:
Wells Fargo Supply Chain Management (SCM) Business Management group within the Supply Chain Management enterprise function is currently seeking a Business Execution Consultant who will be a supporting the Business Management Leader in SCM:
In this role, you will:
Support horizontal business management activities in Supply Chain Management including but not limited to:
SharePoint Mgmt: Domain expertise in managing site content, permissions/access, regulating/auditing site
Records Mgmt: Support activities within record retention process including attestations and inventory audits
Corporate Property Group (CPG) Project Mgmt: CPG skillset, strategic thinking, business acumen, project manage the CPG reconciliation/movement by collaborating with LOBs, Business Heads
System administration: facilitate new joiner access, emails, onboarding related issues
Reporting: Establish efficient reporting cadences in line with deliverables calendar
Identify ways to streamline and remove non-value-added redundancy in existing processes
Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
Drive and support transformation change that helps achieve strategic initiatives across the organization, including leading initiatives and supporting adoption across the team.
Assist with development and launch of tracking tool for new/current FTE’s and any new FTE requests in centralized tracking tool.
Required Qualifications:
2 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
SharePoint/Power BI/Power Aps./Power Automate experience/Building views in SharePoint
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Teams and PowerPoint) skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience with ad-hoc reporting and analysis for business purposes
Demonstrates analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrates organizational and time management skills
Works with business team members to identify process improvement
Process improvement/Works independently to identify the develop recommendations and solutions
Financial industry experience
Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
Job Expectations:
Travel up to 10% of the time
