We’re seeking a Supply Chain Sales Executive specializing in third-party logistics (3PL) with an emphasis on contract warehousing, distribution, and e-commerce fulfillment who will support our growing team. The Supply Chain Sales Executive (3PL) is responsible for establishing relationships with new customers, building a rapport with existing customers, and growing revenue.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Sales and Business Development: Responsible for generating new business opportunities by researching and identifying potential customers and industries that could benefit from 3PL services.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers; working to understand the customers' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Customized Solutions: Analyze a customer's supply chain and logistics requirements and propose customized solutions that can help improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall logistics operations.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers, ensuring they are profitable for Links Unlimited while delivering value to the customer.
Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to effectively position Links Unlimited’ s services in the market.
Proposal Creation: Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and cost savings that can be achieved by using 3PL services.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as operations, customer service, and logistics, to ensure that the promises made to customers are delivered effectively.
Target Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets and quotas to contribute to the company's revenue and growth objectives.
Documentation: Properly document all sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts to maintain accurate records.
Customer Support: Offer post-sales support to ensure customers are satisfied with the services provided and address any issues that may arise.
