Summary and Opportunity Overview:
The Director of Supply Chain Management is a member of the Company’s Executive Team. This individual is responsible for the development and execution of all strategic aspects of the Company’s front end supply chain and demand management. This includes demand planning and forecasting, sourcing and procurement, vendor relationship management, inbound logistics, and inventory control. The Director of Supply Chain Management will develop and mentor a team of buyers and planners. As the leader of the Procurement team, the individual is responsible for setting the supply chain optimization vision for the Company. In collaboration with key internal stakeholders, this individual will continue to develop planning processes to achieve customer, operational, sales, production, and financial targets.
