Responsibilities:
· Supervise shipping processes, customs clearance, and timely delivery to final destinations.
· Manage documentation accuracy and communicate deviations in delivery schedules.
· Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including customers, authorities, and internal teams.
· Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
· Provide proactive advice and status updates on import/export and domestic shipments.
· Monitor and optimize cost and freight margins, ensuring correct invoicing to customers.
· Verify accuracy of received freight invoices and maintain updated freight costs in transport records.
