    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
    • Education and Experience:
      • Prefer High School diploma or GED. Recognition of medical terminology and accounting skills preferred. Experience in supply chain preferred. Successful completion of Supply Chain Standard.
    • License/Certificates:

      • Must maintain a current MN driver's license.

    • Special Skills and Aptitudes:
      • Confident with computers and mobile devices.
      • Ability to operate all equipment for this position.
      • Ability to work independently.
      • Effective interpersonal relationship skills including good listening and communication skills.
      • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and appropriately.
      • Ability to adapt resources to meet the needs of the situation.
      • Adjusts to stressful situations with confidence and good judgment.
      • Ability to read maps and find locations in the service area.
      • Ability to climb stairs, stoop, sit, stand, walk, drive safely, and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Order, receive, mark and stock supplies.
    • Use computers and/or mobile devices to perform inventory functions.
    • Assist other departments with ordering and product information.
    • Fill requisitions for supplies for hospital, clinic and care center.
    • Maintaining perpetual inventory of Medical supplies.
    • Participate in yearly physical inventory.
    • Acquire and retain broad knowledge of supply and equipment sources, pricing and usage.
    • Arrange for shipment of returns and repairs.
    • Demonstrate resourcefulness and good judgment in emergency situations.
    • Safely operate a motor vehicle following all rules and regulations.
    • Performs deliver of goods between CRMC locations as well as other locations as needed.
    • Maintain DOT certifications as required.
    • Demonstrate Standards of Excellence when other duties are assigned.
