    Job Purpose

    Owns financial planning, forecasting, strategy across the supply chain, globally. Acts at the Chief Financial Officer for the supply chain. Role models continuous improvement culture engaging with supply chain finance team and acting as gate keeper for supply chain productivity tracking process.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Owns the financial planning and forecasting process in supply chain establishing maintaining appropriate KPI’s.
    • Leads setting of financial targets (Go gets) to deliver plans.
    • Leads the R&O process and drives action to deliver forecast.
    • Owns bottom line cost actions/drives execution to targets setting up clear YoY cost/unit view as part of strategic improvement plans.
    • Owns Working Capital improvement, actions, and execution.
    • Owns supply chain Finance elements of SIOP process.
    • Partners across the organization with other leadership team members to enable success against business objectives by acting as a trusted advisor and strategic driver.
    • Active coaching and engagement of finance team across supply chain ensuring development process in place.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • 4 year degree or equivalent required
    • 7 years of relevant industry experience preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop finance standard work process in manufacturing environment.
