About the position :

We are looking for a Sustainability Specialist to join our growing team of Sustainability Professionals.

You will :

• Collect, analyze, and report ESG and sustainability metrics to relevant stakeholders.
• Support compliance with applicable ESG regulations and standards.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to determine ESG factors that may affect business activity.
• Uphold corporate sustainability commitments and implement best practices.

About the schedule :

This position is 1st shift, onsite.

About you :

• A bachelor’s degree in ESG / Sustainability related field is preferred.
• 0-4 years in ESG / Sustainability experience is required.
• Experience working in a manufacturing and / or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Experience working in a manufacturing and / or warehouse environment is preferred.

It would be great if you had :

• ESG credentials or certificates, particularly from reporting entities like GRI, CDP, Sustainalytics.
• Regulatory and Industry knowledge
• Strong foundation of carbon reduction strategies
• Strong analytical skills

About the total compensation package :

Salary - $66,449 - $85,197 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.

Relocation This position may qualify for relocation.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in EHS or related field is preferred.
• 0-4 years of EHS experience is required.
• Experience working in a manufacturing and / or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Certifications related to EHS are preferred (for example OSHA 10 or 30 Hour Course Certificate, Certified Safety Professional, Certified Hazardous Materials Manager Certification, etc.)
