Top Sustainability Executive oversees all aspects of an organization's sustainability programs. Designs and develops corporate sustainability strategies to ensure that business practices, products, and services are environmentally friendly and compliant with government rules and regulations. Being a Top Sustainability Executive collaborates with other leaders to implement processes and technologies that reduce the organization's carbon footprint. Promotes and explains the organization's sustainability philosophy to internal and external audiences. Additionally, Top Sustainability Executive requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Sustainability Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function. The Sustainability Specialist is responsible for the collection and maintenance of sustainability related data and information throughout CDI’s supply chain.

Education and/or Experience
Language Skills
A well-modulated tonal volume is required with excellent diction skills needed.

Employees will be subject to temperature associated with an air-cooled room. Temperatures range from 34 to 100 degrees. Travel between plants and the member dairies will be required.
Personal protective equipment including, but not limited to: hearing protection, bump caps, hair and beard nets, rubber boots, gloves and safety glasses must be used in the performance of duties while working in the plants. Proper lifting techniques must be employed at all times.
