Job Summary
The Director of Sustainability is an executive-level leadership role responsible for leading and coordinating sustainability efforts and initiatives throughout the organization. They will measure the organization's carbon footprint, identify reduction possibilities, implement action plans, and track progress. The Director of Sustainability will identify areas for improved environmental impact, manage costs associated with sustainability initiatives, and ensure that sustainability initiatives align with the overall brand and enhance the guest, club member, and team member experience. They will continually stay updated on sustainable best practices and establish initiatives in the areas of awareness and education, energy efficiency, water conservation, waste reduction (including food waste), and responsible sourcing.
