    You Are:

    A proven client adviser, excited of solving our clients' toughest business challenges with SAP technologies. You lead your clients with a strong point of view that you have constructed with your experience helping fortune 500 clients address the challenges of sustainably modernizing and digitizing their enterprises. You possess broad transformation and industry experience, and deep SAP functional skills. You can lead projects and teams and have strong communication, people and executive presence skills that help you build credibility with senior client executives.

    The Work:

    • Focus on selling and delivering SAP Sustainability solutions
    • Leverage your Sustainability knowledge and SAP functional and technical expertise to enable clients' capabilities to drive business outcomes.
    • Identify any integrations across other applications for to enable Sustainability and work with relevant groups to coordinate including SAP for new applications
    • Support our One Accenture strategy by collaborating across Strategy & Consulting, Technology, Interactive (Song), and Operations to drive value for our clients.
    • Lead delivery of Sustainability roadmaps and business case development, as well as help to drive out-of-the-box standard processers where applicable and innovate where there are differentiated capabilities required
    • Build strong, trusting relationships with your clients' senior leaders to help Accenture become the go-to partner in bringing their long-term vision to life
    • Grow Accenture's SAP Sustainability practice by leading business development, proposal submission, and sales efforts
    • Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business and client requirements

    Here's What You Need:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ERP and SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC roadmap initiatives that help clients pivot to the new and enable new capabilities, preferably in the Supply Chain domain.
    • Experience leading and providing Transformation/Consulting/Advisory Services (e.g., Business Case, Roadmap, Process Improvement, etc.)
    • Understanding of end-to-end business process transformation (e.g., DTS, STP, RTR, OTC, PTP, etc.) Management consulting skills such as business process mapping, KPI and PPI benchmarking, value realization, change management, etc.
    • Experience managing teams, including offshore teams
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

    Bonus Points If:

    You have Broad transformation and functional experience, along with expertise in an overall Solution Architect or Delivery role. Example skills:

    • Experience in transforming client's Sustainability requirements and use cases and translating that to value by creating solutions with SAP applications
    • Experience in SAP Cloud for Sustainable Enterprises solutions
    • Experience in SAP EHS, SAP PP, SAP PM/ IAM/EAM, SAP Ariba/ Procurement, SAP TM, SAP LBN
    • Deep industry knowledge in Sustainability domains such as Climate, Circular Economy, Social, ESG reporting
    • Experience in other/ non-SAP ESG reporting platforms
    • Have authored industry thought leadership and/or led co-development activities with SAP
    • Able to articulate S/4 HANA business suite capabilities over ECC

    Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY, California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as set forth below.

    California: $140,900 to $336,900

    Colorado: $140,900 to $291,100

    New York City: $163,100 to $336,900

    New York - Albany: $121,400 to $269,500

    Washington: $150,100 to $309,900
