We are seeking a self-motivated, organized, and responsible Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our growing team! In this full-time position, you will be performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks daily. Multi-tasking and excellent customer service skills are a must!

Requirements:

• Proficient computer skills.
• Highly organized multi-tasker.
• Retrieve and distribute messages from the answering service promptly.
• Must be able to adapt to different tasks easily as each day can and will change based on that day's needs.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills as this person will be the “first face” customers will have contact with.
• Self-directed & able to work without supervision.
• Time managements skills.
• Full-time hours, with additional hours mandatory during tax season.
• Clear communication skills.
