In this role you will be evaluating phone systems for migrations to standardized platforms, overseeing Unified Communications as a Service and Contact Center as a Service platforms, overseeing service and support to Voice over Internet Protocol, Private Branch Exchange, Session Initiation Protocol and Transmission Control Protocol systems and coordinates the assignment, configuration, and tracking of cell phones and other mobile devices.

    This will be a full-time opportunity with hybrid responsibilities in Dallas, TX. Desired Skills & Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Bachelor's degree in information technology preferred
    • Minimum three (3) years of experience supporting cloud-based telephony systems required
    • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products required
    • Intermediate understanding of Active Directory and networking required
    • Basic knowledge of Application Programming Interface preferred
    • Basic knowledge of Exchange or O365 preferred
    • Experience with Talk Desk call center software and VoIP technologies
