Top Total Quality Executive oversees all aspects of an organization's total quality function. Develops and directs quality policies, standards, and programs designed to drive continuous improvement of organizational processes, products, and services. Being a Top Total Quality Executive develops budgets and sets strategy for investments in technology and assets. Directs cross functional teams and vendors in implementation of quality programs. Additionally, Top Total Quality Executive incorporates methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen in the design and implementation of total quality initiatives. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to COO or CEO. Manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. Has acquired the business acumen and leadership experience to become a top function or division head. We conduct hundreds of shows each week in cities across the country, and we are looking for qualified individuals to join our growing team.
YOU NEED TO HAVE:
- An engaging personality
- A laptop or tablet
- Reliable transportation
- A consistent night and time available each week
- Attention to detail and a track record of dependability
No prior experience is required. However, preference will be given to those who have formerly emceed events or performed in front of audiences.
Each show is 2 hours, and generally begins between 6PM and 9PM. The starting pay is $20/hour with the opportunity for an increase with experience. Special consideration will be given to applicants who mention their favorite guilty pleasure song in their application. We are looking for responsible, self-motivated, loyal, and outgoing people who are driven to ONLY provide "Top Shelf" level entertainment and performances!
