Top Total Quality Executive oversees all aspects of an organization's total quality function. Develops and directs quality policies, standards, and programs designed to drive continuous improvement of organizational processes, products, and services. Being a Top Total Quality Executive develops budgets and sets strategy for investments in technology and assets. Directs cross functional teams and vendors in implementation of quality programs. Additionally, Top Total Quality Executive incorporates methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen in the design and implementation of total quality initiatives. Requires a bachelor's degree. Experience
Required
* Minimum of six years of relevant & recent mid-to-large group benefit experience
* Minimum of two years in management role overseeing other benefit professionals
* Advanced knowledge of benefits program design
* Advanced knowledge of laws and regulations governing benefits and compensation, including Section 125 regulations, COBRA, FMLA, HIPAA, FLSA
* Proficient in overseeing 401(k) programs
* Working knowledge of compensation practices
* Strong consultative skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
* Experience managing open enrollment campaigns & multi-location communications

* CEBS a plus
