Top Training Executive leads the development and implementation of all aspects of an organization's training programs, policies, and objectives to develop and maintain an effective workforce. Collaborates with functional management teams to assess training and development needs as well as to gauge the effectiveness of established programs. Being a Top Training Executive develops a strategic plan to implement an efficient and responsive training services team and relevant programs. Reviews new training techniques and suggests enhancements to existing training programs. Additionally, Top Training Executive oversees relationship with vendors to ensure outside training programs are effective and provide a good return on investment. May lead or contribute to a succession planning process. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top human resources management. The Top Training Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Responsibilities:

    Generate quotes for new customers and go over coverage options with them. We will be contracting you with A rated companies so you can provide your costumers with the policy that best suits their needs. Provide excellent customer service. Use electronic applications to submit business to insurance companies and follow up on requirements.

    English speaking or Bi-Lingual

    Requirements:

    • Life License (If you are not currently licensed, we can help point you in the right direction to obtain your license before you are officially hired) Accident and Health License is recommended.
    • E&O coverage.
    • Must be a US citizen
    • 18 of age

    If you have a great work ethic, ready to go to work right away, can work remotely, follow simple instructions on how our agents are making sales every day, and have the basic resources to do so, then we are interested in speaking with you.

    The success and earnings results of other insurance agents referenced or described herein, or even similar results, are not guaranteed and not all new agents will achieve the same or similar results. Your level of success and your corresponding earning potential will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to the amount of work you put in, by your ability to follow our training and sales system, and by the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work

    You will be expected to schedule a phone interview as soon as you apply and be on time for that appointment.
