Top Training Executive leads the development and implementation of all aspects of an organization's training programs, policies, and objectives to develop and maintain an effective workforce. Collaborates with functional management teams to assess training and development needs as well as to gauge the effectiveness of established programs. Being a Top Training Executive develops a strategic plan to implement an efficient and responsive training services team and relevant programs. Reviews new training techniques and suggests enhancements to existing training programs. Additionally, Top Training Executive oversees relationship with vendors to ensure outside training programs are effective and provide a good return on investment. May lead or contribute to a succession planning process. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top human resources management. Job Description
In this position, you will support the day-to-day operations of the company and be the primary point of contact for our customers. In this capacity, you will perform a dual role of Customer Care Specialist and Dispatcher. A CCS answers the phone, obtains customer information, books calls, and addresses customer concerns while the Dispatcher supports the day-to-day operations of the company by efficiently scheduling and dispatching Technicians to calls. This role requires the Dispatcher to think critically to ensure they are dispatching the best fit Technician for the call.

This position can either be in-person or work from home. The standard schedule is 10hr a day, from Wednesday through Saturday, with on-call on Sunday.
