Top Training Executive leads the development and implementation of all aspects of an organization's training programs, policies, and objectives to develop and maintain an effective workforce. Collaborates with functional management teams to assess training and development needs as well as to gauge the effectiveness of established programs. Being a Top Training Executive develops a strategic plan to implement an efficient and responsive training services team and relevant programs. Reviews new training techniques and suggests enhancements to existing training programs. Additionally, Top Training Executive oversees relationship with vendors to ensure outside training programs are effective and provide a good return on investment. May lead or contribute to a succession planning process. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top human resources management. The Top Training Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function. Position Overview:
The instructor provides expertise and knowledge to the new driver through teaching maneuvers, pre and post-trip inspection guidance, and general driving practice after an individual has obtained their CDL permit. All instruction is one-on-one and on the road, not in a classroom or a group setting. There is a lot of opportunity for growth within our company. We operate multiple businesses that focus on the Trucking Industry.

This position operates in a professional office environment. Professionalism is expected as you will be working closely with other companies and clients.
Training locations may alternate between our outdoor training facility, Driving Simulator, Over-the-Road, and classroom (if necessary).
There are opportunities for instructors to train off-site for clients and on-site at our Lititz location.
