Top Training Executive leads the development and implementation of all aspects of an organization's training programs, policies, and objectives to develop and maintain an effective workforce. Collaborates with functional management teams to assess training and development needs as well as to gauge the effectiveness of established programs. Being a Top Training Executive develops a strategic plan to implement an efficient and responsive training services team and relevant programs. Reviews new training techniques and suggests enhancements to existing training programs. Additionally, Top Training Executive oversees relationship with vendors to ensure outside training programs are effective and provide a good return on investment. May lead or contribute to a succession planning process. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top human resources management. The Top Training Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function. For those candidates who want to make a difference, this training program is a highly structured development course which is designed to prepare candidates for Branch Management. As part of our training program, you'll learn the Solar Systems as well as the electrical distribution business:- On the job, through home study and in our formalized training classes.
All interested applicants should be self-motivated, sales oriented, a leader, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
In training, the compensation is up to $70,000 a year. Once the candidate has graduated from the program and becomes an account manager, annual salaries have the potential to go to Six Figures and beyond "The Sky is the Limit" to include Profit Sharing plus commissions and bonuses.- Hired candidates will need to have a commitment to the learning process that this program demands

Requirements
Education:- Four Year College Degree, ideally in Business, Economics, Communications, Environmental Science or Engineering, Sustainability and Renewables (for Solar) or any related liberal arts field. Not computer software or IT.
Previous Sales experience is required. Please include on your resume- The ability to lift 50 pounds is required during the training phase that teaches you how to manage warehouse inventory.
