Top Training Executive leads the development and implementation of all aspects of an organization's training programs, policies, and objectives to develop and maintain an effective workforce. Collaborates with functional management teams to assess training and development needs as well as to gauge the effectiveness of established programs. Being a Top Training Executive develops a strategic plan to implement an efficient and responsive training services team and relevant programs. Reviews new training techniques and suggests enhancements to existing training programs. Additionally, Top Training Executive oversees relationship with vendors to ensure outside training programs are effective and provide a good return on investment. May lead or contribute to a succession planning process. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top human resources management. Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products.
- Operate cash register and process customer transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and answer customer questions.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of wireless sales or jewelry sales is desirable.
