Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Deliver orders to tables promptly and ensure accuracy - Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries - Upsell menu items and promote daily specials - Handle cash transactions and process payments using POS system - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food - Assist with food preparation as needed - Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and workstations - Follow all health and safety guidelines Experience: - Previous experience in the food industry or as a Server is preferred but not required - Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately - Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively If you are passionate about providing exceptional guest services, have strong sales skills, and enjoy working in a restaurant setting, we encourage you to apply for the position of Server.
