Top Trust Executive is responsible for all trust activities, policies, objectives, and the development of new business initiatives. Directs the analysis and review of investment options and sets investment policy and guidelines for the purchase and sale of securities. Being a Top Trust Executive ensures applicable tax reporting and returns are properly prepared and are in compliance with all regulations. May also provide guidance on legal matters to preserve and protect the organization and trusts. Additionally, Top Trust Executive requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Trust Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. Mickelsen Construction, Inc. mainly focuses on Earthworks and paving. In addition, we have two gravel pits. One is located in Blackfoot, ID and the other in Pocatello, ID.
We produce aggregates for our projects as well as to the public. This is a skilled position requiring operator to load material / aggregate / soils into crushing and screening plants, and / or transport vehicles.
This is a full-time position that includes overtime pay during the summer hours. The position is for Monday-Friday year-round, except during extreme cold weather.
Saturdays are most often needed during the summer hours but are sometimes optional or on rotation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Communication skills.
- Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Knowledge of sands and aggregate classification and sizes
- Observant and conscientious about factors affecting material quality
- Load transports / trailers with the proper weight.
- Keep yard and haul roads graded and clean of debris.
- Excellent customer relations skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of MSHA requirements
