Our client, a regional law firm of more than 130 attorneys, seeks a Trusts & Estates Paralegal in their Reading office located in Wyomissing, PA.
Duties will include assisting attorneys in the administration of trusts and estates, communicating regularly with clients, preparing tax returns, and preparing basic legal documents. Individual will also learn to process Medicaid applications. Bookkeeping skills and familiarity with tax returns, Excel and financial statements are desired traits.
Ideal candidates will have significant experience administering estates and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
