Introduction:
As a rapidly expanding eCommerce company, Senditures is looking for a Business Operations Associate who is also ready to serve occasionally as an Executive Assistant to the founder. This unique position is ideal for someone who is flexible, eager to learn, and prepared to engage in a variety of tasks—from office management to data analysis to eCommerce work to even hands-on warehouse work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Design and execute key business processes, ensuring scalability and efficiency as we grow. Establish and maintain systems that support all areas of our operations.
• Executive Support: Provide direct support to the founder, managing schedules, communications, and strategic tasks, facilitating the effective running of daily operations.
• Versatile Task Management: Ready to step into different roles as needed, including performing warehouse duties or other physical tasks. This role requires a hands-on approach and flexibility to meet business needs.
• Strategic Planning: Participate actively in the development and implementation of business strategies, ensuring alignment with our long-term goals.
• Data and Analysis: Utilize tools like Excel and Google Workspace to manage data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions that propel business growth.
• Adaptability and Innovation: Embrace a variety of challenges and innovate solutions. This role demands quick thinking, rapid learning, and adaptability to changing environments.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or anything else Science or Math), Business, Accounting, or Psychology.
• Professional Experience: Experience in a business operations or analyst role with additional experience in executive assistance or similar roles preferred. Experience in eCommerce or startups is highly advantageous.
• Physical Abilities: Willingness and ability to engage in physical tasks within a warehouse setting as needed, IF needed.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively managing both internal and external communications.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt priorities quickly.
