POSITION SCOPE
The Executive Administrative Assistant, will assist the General Counsel in all aspects of the legal department administrative requirements. This position will report directly to the General Counsel.
RESPONSIBILITIESWork closely with the General Counsel to fulfill all needs and deadlines required of ATIs Legal DepartmentDraft letters and correspondenceCoordinate meetings and follow-ups on a variety of legal needsFiling and gathering appropriate documentsResearchActively participate in a variety of projects, including guidelines, processes, and procedures to provide the best legal help for ATIPrepare and present regular status reports and materials for the General Counsel.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS3 years experience in a administrative assistant work, legal experience a plus.Bachelors degree preferred.Prior experience in a law firm setting is a plus.Must be proficient in basic Microsoft Office products, and knowledge with technology and software platforms.Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills and work well with others.Exceptional oral and written communication skills, excellent presentation skills.Ability to multi-task and to work on multiple projects under pressure and to consistently meet deadline schedules.Be a creative thinker with strong problem-solving skillsTeam oriented, unquestioned ethics and integrity, sound judgement and high tolerance for ambiguity - 2 Months Ago
