In this position you'll be the right-hand person to our Broker/Owner, helping to establish and grow our new Virginia Beach office while ensuring seamless operations and superior customer service for our real estate agent clients. Your responsibilities will include everything from managing the Broker/Owner's schedule and arranging travel to responding to customer and agent needs with urgency and attentiveness. You'll also play a key role in maintaining office equipment and supplies, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

To excel in this role, you must have prior experience in a real estate office environment and be exceptionally organized, proficient, and punctual. Basic computer skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets, are a must. A real estate license is a bonus, but what we're really looking for is someone with a can-do attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond. This is Not a path into sales, but does have an upward path in the company as we are in growth mode.
